Springtime Blooms and Veggie Planting

I love springtime. The air smells like fresh cucumbers and ocean spray, filled with the songbirds orchestra.

Our cherry tree was planted in spring 2000. It was just a little branch or two. Now it is over 20 feet tall, 15 feet wide, and will be bursting with red cherries by end of July.

The flowering crab is so beautiful when it blooms. It's covered in sweet-scented fuschia gems. It makes the bees very happy.

Stefan is busy finishing up the bunny-proof veggie garden fence.

I love summer evening campfires with friends.
