Gold becomes Silver

As summer fades away,
Part of her golden warmth lingers behind
In the sun-kissed days of autumn.

The mornings are thick with frosty breath
Lifting as the sun melts away the cold,
Warming our bones.

Soon the Earth will be sprinked in silver.

  2. Lovely. Autumn is my favorite season.....even if it isn't followed by silver sprinkles here.
